Join our team as a Division Leader overseeing day-to-day operations for a network of veterinary hospitals in the Southeast including Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. You’ll have full responsibility for a $120M+ P&L, driving process improvements, profitability, and local growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who excels at building relationships with hospital teams, drives initiatives that impact profitability, and fostering innovation. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic vision, and a passion for the human-animal bond, with at least 7 years of progressive operational management experience. This role will be fully remote with regular travel to the divisional rotations. Ideally this individual will reside within the territory it supports.
