Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience using AI or machine learning for change management initiatives across capacity planning, resource management and delivery, new product introduction, or infrastructure deployment. - Experience working in high-tech supply chain (e.g., data center/network/server infrastructure, supply chain operations, cloud operations). Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience identifying business opportunities and translating them into technical requirements in the context of AI/ML projects. - Experience with generative AI, and agentic AI solutions, machine learning concepts and applications. - Knowledge of supply chain processes (e.g., planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and teams.
