Your mission People Operations: - Own all core HR processes end-to-end (contracts, payroll interface, benefits, policies) - Ensure legal compliance and smooth day-to-day operations - Manage external partners (payroll, legal, advisors) - Translate business priorities into people initiatives Talent & Performance: - Oversee ongoing hiring processes together with hiring managers - Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, feedback, reviews) - Support managers in leadership, feedback, and people decision Culture: - Drive the development of our company culture and ensure it scales with the organization - Address employee relations topics Drive initiatives that support team engagement and retention Your profile: - Several years of experience in a senior People / HR role, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment - Strong hands-on mindset — you are comfortable doing the work yourself - Solid knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Experience building and developing people structures, processes, and tools in a growing organization - Confidence working closely with the leadership and senior leaders - Pragmatic, calm, and structured — especially in ambiguous situations - Hi...
