We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NOC Technician to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of our broadcast and streaming infrastructure. You will maintain a birds-eye, over-watching view of the company’s technical operations , proactively monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and working closely with engineering, content, IT, and local market teams. When issues arise, you help save the day quickly identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving problems before they impact the consumer experience.
