Clark Site Director – Early Childhood Education Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (Based on Education Levels and Experience) Minimum Qualification for Consideration: - Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or similar field. (Masters preferred) - 4+ years of childcare experience. - 4+ years of supervisory experience. Job Purpose: Provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of a large Early Childhood Education program, leading high-quality educational services for a site serving 200+ enrolled children. Ensure program excellence by monitoring instructional quality, engaging in continuous quality improvement, and contributing to ongoing program development.
