Assist the Accounts Payable team with: - Ensure invoices and delivery dockets are being matched with corresponding approved purchase order and have adequate authorisation. - Ensure correct General Ledger codes are consistently being used and recorded on all invoices. - Ensure payment runs are performed on a timely basis in line with agreed credit terms. - Prepare payment runs for approval and attach all supporting documentation and present to the Director of Finance and General Manager. - Liaise with external suppliers and internal claimants to achieve compliance with systems, procedures and processes. Assist the Income Audit team with: - Prepare daily revenue report and F&B covers and submit to Director of Finance/ Accountant for review. - Review daily rebate vouchers and corrections of the day report to ensure appropriately approved and explained and accuracy of adjustme...
