Job DetailsJob Location: Grove City, OH 43123Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: Up to 10%The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Family Liaison to join our Residential Clinical team. The Family Liaison will provide referral review for clinical acceptance, preadmission case management and preadmission contacts to family, youth and child and family team members, completion of diagnostic assessment to include diagnosing and completing necessary information in electronic health records to facilitate proper billing of services. Warmly hands off admission to service team to ensure continuity of care. Post admission, the Family Liaison will provide direct case management services and support for youth and families and will also provide service coordination as needed. The position will help to determine and maintain an optimal level of family involvement by identifying and facilitating opportunities to engage family members in the treatment process.
