Associated with ECO 1104 B00 Course Code: ESL 2181 Section: C00 Course Description: Adjunct english as a second language course to a 3-unit discipline-specific course (ECO 1104), taken in English by non-native speakers of English. Emphasis on development of comprehension skills (listening and reading) while acquiring knowledge and expertise in the discipline. Examination questions in the discipline-specific course may be answered in either English or French; however, all tests and assignments in the language class must be done in English. It is required that the ESL Professor attend the following discipline-specific course in addition to the language course: ECO 1104 B00 Tuesday 8:30am-9:50am and Friday 10:00am-11:20am - in person Note: Students may be enroled in sections B00 C00, D00, E00 or F00 of the ECO 1104 course.
