Job Description: We have a new opportunity for a Remote Licensed Retirement Planner in the Greater Metro Las Vegas area! The position is remote and requires that you reside in the Greater Las Vegas area (within 90 miles). We offer virtual interviewing and onboarding, as well as access to our virtual training and support. Full access to work from home capabilities to support our clients over the phone. The Expertise We’re Looking For: - FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred - Knowledge of tax exempt retirement products and services highly desirable - Previous phone center experience preferred - Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer results The Purpose of Your Role: Retirement Planners play a critical role in driving customer loyalty so our Tax Exempt retirement plan participants choose to become Fidelity customers for life.
