Salary range for this position is $21.00 - $26.50 / Hour. What You'll Do: - Conduct intake with all beneficiaries, including CalOMS forms, consent forms, ROI, and assessments, as well as orientation to the program - Manage bed assignments - Maintain documentation in the beneficiary record, which includes intake notes, updated case notes, discharge notes, and shift reports - Oversee the self-administration of medication - Receive briefing from prior shift personnel on recent developments - Observe and report beneficiary behavior t...
