Reports issues with the dish machine or when the soap and sanitizer need ordering. Responsible for maintaining clean dishes and the cleanliness of the dishwasher area, distribution of clean dishware to all outlets. Trash removal, floor maintenance and other duties are not limited to only cleaning as assigned by management. Promotes professional working relationships with both internal and external customers.
