Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Operational Facilities Operations Manager (FOM): Viborg, DK: T5 Facilities Management: - The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Operational is the main point of contact for technical operations and is - responsible for all aspects of data center operations related to critical and non-critical infrastructure, equipment, and - systems. They will support the training and strengthening of the CFT staff and the cultivation of a critical mindset - throughout the Facility crew. - The SME – Operational is the main responsible for driving correct procedural work in correspondence with both the - Clients and T5 policy. They will coordinate and support third-party vendors in the correct procedural course of action - as it relates to working on-site and for the client. - The SME - Operational will drive continual improvements to the operational excellence of the data center by leading - by example by adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
