Job Description Summary You will be responsible for providing formal technical and clinical training to customers: doctors and bio-medical engineers that have purchased a GE HealthCare Ultrasound product. Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, and on-site clinical visits for education sessions. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities. Location: Lombardia: Job Description: Key Responsibilities/essential functions under supervision include: - Provide technical and clinical information to customers by demonstrating the full range of product features and benefits. - Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE Healthcare portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation. - Provide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs for the internal Sales and Service organization. - Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the GE Healthcare equipment utilized by users. - Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstr...
