Job description

Citi is seeking a highly experienced Apps Dev Tech Senior Lead Analyst specializing in AI / AML Engineering to lead the development of enterprise-grade GenAI and agent-based solutions . This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling LLM-powered systems using modern agent frameworks, including ADK (Agent Development Kit) , while ensuring compliance with risk, governance, and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in AI engineering with strong understanding of financial services, AML, and enterprise controls , and will partner across Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop LLM-powered applications and agentic systems using frameworks such as LangChain and ADK (Agent Development Kit) - Build and manage multi-agent orchestration , tool chaining, and workflow automation - Develop robust guardrails (input/output validation) to ensure safe and compliant AI behavior - Integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and internal systems - Design real-time and asynchronous AI pipelines (REST APIs, streaming, WebSockets) - Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Model G...
