Job Description – Plumbing Foreman Under the direction of the Plumbing Craft Superintendent, the Plumbing Foreman oversees and supervises the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial, or industrial settings. This role involves coordinating the work of plumbing crews, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety standards and codes. The Plumbing Foreman also ensures that quality control standards are maintained and that all plumbing work is performed in accordance with local building codes Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: - Lead, supervise, and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices. - Assign tasks, ensure they are completed efficiently, and maintain a high level of quality. - Provide training, guidance, and support to less experienced plumbers and apprentices. - Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
