Description Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Pediatric Anesthesiology with a focus on cardiothoracic anesthesiology. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. ABA certification with subspecialty certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Anesthesiology, the equivalent, or status as a candidate in the examination system along with ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license are required. Rank will be commensurate with experience. Teaching responsibilities may include teaching both in our formal didactic lecture program as well as in the informal teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows rotating through the cardiothoracic operating rooms and procedural areas.
