What You'll Do: Be the Expert: Answer technical questions from Falcon Jet operators and provide multi-faceted support for all AOG (Aircraft on Ground) issues. Customer Interaction: Record and complete all customer phone contacts in our database, adhering to Department Guidelines. AOG Response: Execute the AOG Response process consistently, and step in as the AOG Response Coordinator when needed. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with our Worldwide Technical Front Line team to resolve issues efficiently. Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and recommend corrective actions for aircraft discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution. Continuous Improvement: Review technical materials and manuals, suggesting revisions to enhance safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
