About the Role The Senior Incentive Consultant for Home Mortgage and Consumer Lending plays a critical role in designing, administering, and optimizing incentive plans that align with organizational goals and drive performance across multiple lending business lines. In addition to managing administration of incentive processes, this role provides strategic oversight and project management for the plan design process, ensuring consistency and best practices across all lines of business, not just Consumer Lending and Home Mortgage. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and advanced presentation capabilities to influence stakeholders and deliver impactful solutions.
