About the Team: Operations Engineering at DCS encompasses Project and Mechanical Engineers that perform all engineering activities from receipt of contract through commissioning and close-out of a project. We pride ourselves on creativity, problem-solving, solid engineering techniques, and getting stuff done. About the Role: As a Mechanical Engineer, Distribution and Fulfillment you’ll apply your knowledge of engineering principles and materials to detail all aspects of material handling systems. You will be responsible for creating drawing sets that communicate the design to all stakeholders, including customers during firm engineering, building officials for permitting, and suppliers and subcontractors for their design and installation. You will contribute to a project team and report to an engineering manager. You will periodically take an active role in person when working with customers during design.
