This is recreation work that involves instructing, implementing lessons plans, promoting activity interest and encouraging participation. The position ensure that participants have a positive experience and are performing the skills in a safe manner as set out in established protocols. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Recreation Programmers and is evaluated in terms of effectiveness of instruction and services provided and conformance to established practices.
