About the role Lead and supervise a team of fire fighters for delivery of fire management and operational activities. The role develops team capability and performance, provides authoritative advice in complex environments and resolves service delivery challenges. The position also ensures the ongoing development of the State’s lead remote area firefighting personnel through a strong culture of safety, preparedness and professionalism.
