Description Fueling Success in this Role: VP Racing is seeking a high-impact Director of Commercial Sales to lead and accelerate our commercial sales organization at our Global Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas . This is a fully on-site role and a deliberate succession opportunity - designed for an exceptional sales leader with the drive and acumen to step into the VP of Global Sales Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries significant strategic weight. You'll own the full commercial engine - building and developing the sales team, identifying and pursuing large enterprise accounts, and leading opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation and close. You'll cultivate relationships at the C-suite level, deliver compelling proposals and business cases to senior decision-makers, and drive accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting through Salesforce.
