Description As an MRP Sales Estimator & Training Specialist is a hybrid role designed for a dynamic individual who excels in sales, technical estimating, and team development. This position is responsible for generating new MRP business, creating accurate estimates for residential and commercial restoration or construction projects, and providing field and virtual training to ensure team success and operational consistency. The ideal candidate brings a combination of sales, estimating expertise, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. This person will be a critical player in scaling our workforce quality, boosting performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
