Job Description Summary: Under limited supervision, the OSMP Crew Lead role provides support and leadership to execute trail program objectives as well as department wide plans that support all charted land uses and open space purposes. Crew leads are responsible for field and project management, skills development, and administrative and logistical support of their crew and overall trails program. The Trail Crew Lead is expected to perform and guide others in trail construction and maintenance under minimal supervision. As a Crew Lead, you will coordinate and direct work with other agency partners such as OSMP Jr. Rangers, conservation corps crews, volunteers, and other groups and individuals assigned to trail projects.
