Brice Equipment, LLC Rotational (Fixed Term): JOB SUMMARY: The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a wide range of construction and oilfield equipment. This role requires the ability to independently load, haul, and offload equipment while adapting to a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities. A strong commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and quality work is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide exceptional support to clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including loaders, excavators, cranes, winch tractors, and scissor neck trailers. - Load, haul, and offload all types of construction machinery and oilfield-specific materials, including tanks, skids, and other heavy equipment. - Safely operate tractor trailers in inclement weather, Arctic conditions, and challenging terrain. - Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on assigned equipment; report defects or repairs to supervisors promptly. - Take proactive actions to avoid hazards and obstructions, including other equipment, wo...
