Wrangler (Maintenance Mechanic I) - Second Shift

$25 per hour with additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. 2 positions available 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday. Description of the Position: The Maintenance Mechanic position requires a skilled maintenance mechanic to inspect and repair material handling equipment and minor building repairs. Will follow corporate and site specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Responsibilities: - Regular inspection of all electrical and power units of a facility. - Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical systems and vehicle engines and repairing the same. - Ensuring the compliance of all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while conducting work functions. - Maintaining a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted. - Efficiently managing time and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisory authority. - Reporting damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical units to the supervising manager. - Placing orders for spare and replacement parts an...
