Job description

Position Summary Configures, tests, documents, implements, and supports computer application systems by coordinating with vendor representatives, system users/clients, project team members, coworkers, and management. Participates in project teams, configuration, implementation, on-going maintenance and support for production application systems. Has general knowledge of project methodology, NextGen EPM & EHR, and system development lifecycle and works under direct supervision and performs tasks as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities: · Works as a member of a team of internal resources and external vendors to select, configure and implement a packaged software solution for practice management and electronic medical records. · Assists with all aspects of the project including process mapping, software design and configuration, system testing, training development, conversion planning and site-by-site implementation. · Coordinates with others on project team to develop the project plan, including costs and departmental tasks. · Works with our technical staff to coordinate the installation of computer hardware and/or network connectivity as needed. · Works closely with physicians, ce...
