Job DetailsJob Location: Administration - Oklahoma City - Oklahoma City, OK 73116Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing support and assistance for commercial lending during the loan origination process. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Create loan documents via the LaserPro software system. Review all commercial loan documents to ensure they meet all bank and regulatory requirements (appraisal, title policies, insurance, flood and HMDA documentation, etc.) Order commercial appraisals and appraisal reviews. Review all signed loan documents prior to booking the loan to the system. The above represents general responsibilities for the position.
