Engineering Analyst Manager, YouTube Trust and Safety

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data. - 7 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of management experience. - Experience with classification and ranking systems, LLMs, statistical modeling, data mining, and analyzing large, disparate datasets. - An analytical mindset with an experience translating quantitative insights into actionable business strategies and automation. - Ability to persuade stakeholders across levels and lead innovation within multifunctional, international teams through deep product and policy knowledge. - Skilled in consultative problem solving, experiment design, and metrics analysis to drive complex projects to completion.
