At Ayvens we have an opening for a CRM Expert – Salesforce (experienced). What are you going to do? As our new CRM Expert – Salesforce , you will play a pivotal role in bridging the Product Management team and the Salesforce Delivery team. You will ensure that Salesforce solutions effectively support our business goals by challenging requirements, validating solution designs, securing application consistency, and guiding countries toward optimal CRM usage. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting Product teams in requirements collection and challenging business needs. - Ensuring a smooth handover of requests and business processes from Product to Engineering by validating requirement completeness. - Transferring business requirements and technical tickets to CRM designers. - Managing and prioritizing the backlog for maintenance sprint releases (quick wins). - Validating development quality in test environments and assisting with demos and defect qualification during UAT. - Participating in functional reviews and d...
