Job Overview for Equipment Operator: We are seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined Equipment Operator to join our mulch manufacturing team. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who understands heavy equipment, enjoys troubleshooting, and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently.
