Job description

Location: Horn Rapids, Iowa Warehouse Worker/ Non CDL Driver Duties and Responsibilities: · Driving, loading, and unloading trailers · Driving fabricated material and tools between jobsites · Basic vehicle maintenance · General shop cleanup and organization · Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day · Loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery · Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested · Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor · Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed · Performs other related duties as assigned · Maintains records of goods that have been ordered and corresponding shipping dates. · Reports major shipping problems to purchasing agent · Inspects shipments to confirm that products received meet specifications · Maintains business relationships with suppliers to ensure their assistance if an unexpected event requires expedited shipping of an order · Performs other related duties as assigned Skills and Qual...
