As a member of the CAD/CAM team, you will be an active contributor to the factory volume ramp, standardization efforts, as well as developing tools and environments for the CADCAM team to be more effective. Job Description: What you’ll do: - Generate and maintain CNC programs utilizing Siemens NX-CAM 2412. This role will support large vertical and horizontal broach processes - Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for a Hoffmann RASMX 8-axis broaching machine using SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE controls - Maintain and update programs for existing horizontal legacy broaches, primarily utilizing FANUC controls and complex Macro variables - Utilize NX Drafting and AutoCAD to create 2D broaching profiles, ensuring high-accuracy cuts for turbine and compressor disc blade attachment slots - Provide expert guidance on manual measurement processes and utilize on-machine probing (...
