About the role Hiring a senior full-stack engineer to join our team and focused on product engineering. As a senior engineer at Replo, you will play a pivotal role in both shaping core product architecture and driving end-to-end feature development that directly impacts hundreds of thousands of users. You’ll start as a senior contributor working on core products including our AI platform, inventory, checkout, analytics, and integration with 3rd-party providers. You’ll own these critical product surfaces end-to-end, from architecture to deployment, with no layers of management in between. As Replo grows, so will your scope. You’ll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and define best practices across the team. If you’re interested, this can evolve into managing projects and eventually teams, while shipping great products and staying close to the code.
