Description MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specialising in mental health. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions and apps to help people achieve happiness and overall well-being, and we're doing it with AI at the core. We're looking for a Head of Product Design to lead our design team. This is a demanding role with high impact on what the company builds and how. About this role: We expect the person in this role to bring deep expertise in behavioral design, product, strategy, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership plus the ability to operate at both executive and hands-on levels. You'll be the company's strongest voice for behavioral design across all product initiatives. In this role you'll manage a team of 3 designers directly and oversee the product solutions across the company. You'll lead design solutions across two tracks — Core and AI — and own the design strategy for the company. You'll report to the VP of Product and partner directly with Product, Data, and Engineering leadership.
