Job description

The Escrow Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all system and escrow reconciliations are completed accurately and on schedule. This role supports the timely onboarding of property tax records and the preparation of Initial Escrow Analyses. Additional responsibilities include ongoing updates and data integrity maintenance across multiple loan servicing applications. This position is based in Lower Gwynedd, PA and operates within a hybrid work environment. Core Responsibilities: - Prepare Initial Escrow Analyses for property tax and insurance prior to loan closing. - Establish and maintain property tax records for newly boarded loans. - Update and manage non-escrowed loan records as required by servicing guidelines. - Perform manual escrow analyses for credit facilities. - Execute and validate the annual escrow analysis process, including payment recalculations, shortage and surplus resolution, and borrower notifications in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. - Identify, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries relating to escrow, tax, and insurance matters in a professional, accurate, and timely manner; escalate complex issues as appropriate. - Contribute to...
