This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: An associate’s degree in business management, engineering or the hard sciences such as chemistry, geology, biology, mathematics, or physics supplemented by supplemented by one years’ experience in an environmental or safety related position. The equivalent combination of education and related work experience may be considered. Special Certifications and Licenses: Valid Driver’s License Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to monitor an electronic work order system for a wastewater treatment facility, water treatment plant and associated appurtenances, and maintain the systems as new equipment is put into operation.
