About the role The Senior Network Engineer provides onsite technical support, maintenance, and management of complex solutions that span across multiple enterprise technical streams. This role has a networking focus. Annual compensation: $100K - $120K CAD What you'll be doing: - Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and are consistent with Computacenter values - Monitoring and maintaining existing LAN infrastructure, including Arista campus and data center switches and wireless access points - Replacing failed Arista hardware and applying approved configuration templates - Installing network equipment such as switches, access points, optics, and supporting hardware following established standards - Performing RMA tasks including equipment replacement, packaging returns, coordinating shipping, and updating inventory and documentation - Monitoring, updating, and resolving daily tickets in the customer ticketing system - Performing routine moves, adds, and changes (MAC) - Supporting wireless troubleshooting using Arista CVaaS tools and onsite RF validation - Performing basic network administration tasks, including documentation updates - As...
