We’re seeking a Lead HR Manager Services & Employee Records to serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex HR operations. This role partners across HR and business teams to ensure data integrity, resolve issues, and continuously improve the employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as SME Workday transactions and primary escalation point for complex HR service and employee records issues. - Assist with issues found in the education or background verification processes and work with HireRight for resolution, as needed. - Maintain and update employment files. - Perform troubleshooting on a variety of issues that may extend beyond the reach of traditional HR, requiring the ability to network cross-functionally and leverage relationships to support business needs. - Respond to a wide variety of questions concerning data processing, employee personnel files, unemployment, and subsidiary mirror processes - Manage and resolve advanced HR transactions across the employee lifecycle (e.g., transfers, promotions, compensation, terminations, benefits). - Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems (e.g., Workday, Costpoint). - Monitor case management...
