Key Responsibilities: Schedules, reschedules, and manages patient visits across all disciplines in accordance with the plan of care, frequency orders, and episode timelines. - Schedules patients for the entirety of visit plans at the beginning of each episode, ensuring consistency and continuity of care. - Ensures clinician efficiency by utilizing the productivity spreadsheet. Updates the spreadsheet to identify opportunities and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
