The Territory Field Manager – Plumbing plays a key leadership role in managing day-to-day field operations across multiple plumbing phases — slab, rough, trim, and warranty. This position oversees labor, materials, quality, and customer satisfaction within assigned territories to ensure plumbing projects are completed on time, on budget, and in alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing hands-on field management with strategic oversight. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, coach, and supervise foremen and field labor. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. Conduct performance feedback and corrective coaching as needed. Oversees assistant territory field manager.
