As Operations Manager, you play a central role in improving how our organization operates and scales. You ensure teams can deliver smoothly and efficiently, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve workflows, collaboration, planning, and operational effectiveness across the agency. You combine operational ownership with a strategic mindset. You understand how delivery, staffing, workflows, utilization, and ways of working directly impact team performance, client satisfaction, and business growth. Working closely with Client Leads, Expert Leads, and management, you help create a scalable operational foundation that supports both today’s delivery and tomorrow’s ambitions.
