Job description

Scopely is seeking a Director of Localization Services for the Central Operations Team, based in Barcelona, Spain (hybrid work model). The program's goal is to ensure all Scopely games deliver an outstanding, scalable, and natural localized player experience through strategy, operational support, and quality frameworks for Localization, voice-over (VO), and Localization QA (LQA). This role serves as a key thought partner, responsible for shaping priorities and strengthening support across the portfolio. Your primary focus is on leveraging influence to build senior-level trust, align diverse stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment to improve localization quality, efficiency, and service maturity. You will also act as an ambassador for AI and emerging technology, guiding the pragmatic adoption and evolution of localization service lines.
