With a pay range of $20 to $24 (based on experience), shift differential of $1.50 plus excellent benefits, this position is for those who take pride in paying attention to detail and excel at leading a team! The Lead Loader is responsible for coordinating daily loading activities, ensuring glass products are staged, inspected, and loaded accurately and safely for shipment. This role provides day-to-day direction to loaders, helps prioritize work by route and schedule, verifies load quality and completeness, and promotes compliance with safety and quality standards. The Lead Loader also supports communication between the loading team and Shipping Supervisor to help maintain efficient workflow and on-time deliveries.
