Salary Pay Range: $20.75/hr.-$26.42/hr. Essential Functions: - Provides administrative support for the behavioral health staff by courteously meeting and greeting individuals presenting themselves to the clinic. - Obtains basic client information pertinent to behavioral health services. Ensures records contain current history and physical information. - Schedules client appointments using computerized scheduling software program. - Verifies client demographic data, directs them to client registration for updating information. - Records client information regarding missed appointments, cancellations, maintains client confirmation calls, and checks clients in upon arrival for appointments. - Monitors waiting area. - Verifies client eligibility for services, checks for current documentation of insurance. - Ensures client confidentiality. - Operates as a mandatory reporter. - Provides clerical support for medical clinic staff. - Orders and maintains office and departmental supplies. - Prepares correspondence, copying, faxing; takes and routes accurate and timely telephone messages. - Provides secretarial and administrative support to the behavioral health staff. - Operates standard off...
