Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our award-winning team in our Newport Beach office. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will have an essential role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to our continued success. Responsibilities: - Generate client invoices and assist with collections - Submit statements, run reports, create file profiles, and enter initial budgets and budget updates in various platforms - Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment - Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor accounts against statements and payment transactions - Submit new billings and email appeals to the appropriate attorney for review - Assist with month-end closing processes and procedures - Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as Firm policies and procedures - Code documents according to Firm procedures - Identify and report discrepancies - Perform routine account reconciliation, data entry, and...
