Department: 11927 Carolinas Medical Center - Maintenance Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Shift schedule is 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. With on call rotation. Pay Range: $28.55 - $42.85 It's More Than a Job, It's a Calling! Position: Maintenance Trades Specialist II - HVAC Tech. Location: Atrium Health - Carolinas Medical Center; 1000 Blythe Blvd., Charlotte, NC. Full Time; 1st Shift: ~Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm. On-call rotation. Major Responsibilities: Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks through the computerized maintenance system. Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed. Operates and monitors and maintains basic Utility System Infrastructure. Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems. Supports the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision.
