Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy Execution & Integration - 260110 : EXE-A20 Description: JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy Execution & Integration serves as the Chief of Staff's primary partner for enterprise strategy stewardship, execution oversight, and cross-organizational integration. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this role ensures that IEEE's strategic plan, Board and presidential direction, and innovation investments are translated into coordinated, disciplined execution across the organization. This role combines enterprise strategy stewardship with execution integration. It maintains the integrity of the strategic plan while ensuring that priorities are actionable, sequenced appropriately, and aligned across organizational units. The position operates with delegated authority from the Chief of Staff and serves as the central integrator across strategy, innovation, governance, and execution. The role does not own delivery within organizational units. Its purpose is to ensure alignment, clarity, accountability, and follow-through at the enterprise level.
