The Seat at the Table is Yours. THE ROLE: What you'll be doing: Shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior team, you'll learn the full picture of what it takes to run a Humble Grape venue from floor leadership to financials, people development to brand standards. Lead teams through peak service and make real-time operational decisions Get hands-on with P&L, GP, site performance and commercial reporting Uphold and elevate Humble Grape's service, wine and brand standards Coach and develop your team , building a culture guests feel immediately Gain exposure across all 7 venues, each with its own team and energy Work toward a structured GM pathway with a personal development plan from day one WHO YOU ARE: You might be exactly who we're looking for We're not hiring for a tick-box.
