As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our machines meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will help drive quality throughout our production process and beyond. What You’ll Do: - FAT & VFAT Coordination: Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Virtual FATs by setting up and managing video, audio, and conferencing tools to support remote customer participation. - Customer-Focused Testing: Review special customer requests from sales orders and FAT checklists to ensure requirements are fulfilled during testing. - Scheduling & Communication: Coordinate FAT schedules with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure timely execution. - Inspection & Testing: Perform in-process and final inspections on packaging machinery to confirm functional, safety, and specification compliance. - Technical Review: Interpret mechanical a...
